I applied for a loan at my CU a while back after I had disputed with EQ.
What I always send a company or addressee after a nutcase letter is this...A court summons!
Only problem is that I don't have it paid off like you...made timely payments, never late but never extra.
ALSO which act regulates the payment rules: TILA?????
