SO...not saying that this would actually GO TO COURT...depending on your move/desire and the willingness of the CA to cooperate...but just wanted ot give you some things to think about.
It won't take much work to raise these scores and the guys over on the credit forum can help you with that.
They call every three days.I can afford only a portion of the payment due each month at this time.
