There is a thread posted by a former CA on here "Help Settling collection/charge off" that details all kinds of stuff to try.....
Additionally, many people must dispute their MW accts and do they ALL receive personal phone calls?
IMO, the time to have sent a validation would have been when you got the initial notice they were attempting to collect or at least when you got served. I assume that they got a default judgement?
I have seem some come back with information that is over 10 years old.
